Division 04 · Funding readiness and deal support

Capital,
structured for growth.

Funding strategy, investor-ready documentation and deal support for businesses raising or deploying capital.

Capital & Investment

What we do, and why it works.

Investors fund clarity. We help businesses understand how much capital they need, which type suits their stage, and how to present the opportunity so that funders can say yes with confidence.

For investors and owners considering an acquisition, we apply the same discipline from the other side of the table: an independent, commercial view of what you are buying and what could go wrong.

Do you provide financial advice or manage investments?

No. TLR provides business and funding-readiness support. Regulated financial advice and investment products are referred to appropriately licensed financial services providers.

    Can you guarantee funding?

No one can honestly guarantee funding. We make your application as strong and as well-targeted as possible, and we tell you plainly if it is not ready.

How long does a funding process take?

Preparation usually takes four to eight weeks. Funder timelines vary from a few weeks to several months depending on the type of capital.

Do you work with early-stage businesses?

Yes, provided there is a clear model and committed founders. Early-stage work often focuses on grants, development finance and angel investors.
